There are a wide range of development opportunities available within the district at very competitive prices:
The Spalding Employment Area itself consists of a 167 acre site of serviced industrial land situated to the North of Spalding. This is easily accessible from the A16 bypass, which in turn links to many other major trunk routes such as the A14, A15 and A17.
This area began some years ago with Wardentree Lane, and the first phase of a new Business Park close to the bypass is now open. Thus it is both a highly established business area, with a considerable amount of expansion and development still taking place.
South Holland District Council own a number of small industrial rental units on Wardentree Lane Industrial Estate and due to popular demand are in the process of acquiring further units.
Strategically placed to the east of the town centre of Holbeach alongside the A17 trunk road, Holbeach Technology Park boasts 4 acres of serviced business land. This is part of the University of Lincoln campus, and the second phase is currently under construction. There are also 10 hectares of unserviced allocated land on the A151 link road/A17 Junction.
Located in Sutton Bridge, Wingland Enterprise Park provides serviced land at affordable prices.
Situated within Crowland, Peterborough Road Industrial Estate is a 17 acre site of serviced industrial land located to the south west of the town centre.
There are thus a number of opportunities for future development and expansion.
