Pinchbeck Engine and Land Drainage Museum

The Bulb Museum
Spalding Bulb Museum houses a treasure trove of information, pictures and implements of bulb growing in the area. Flower bulbs have been grown locally for over 100 years, and the museum contains many rare exhibits of the times. It is based at Birchgrove Garden Centre in Pinchbeck, which is just a few miles outside Spalding.

The Butterfly and Wildlife Park
The Butterfly and Wildlife Park is located in Long Sutton which is off the A17 about 14 miles from Spalding. It houses a walk around Tropical House, where you can walk along with hundreds of colourful butterflies flying around you. There is also a Reptile area with crocodiles and snakes, not to mention the Creepy Crawlie House and the Ant Room. A Bird of Prey Centre, with twice daily flying displays and an Animal Centre with many of the children's favourites such as Llamas, is also on site. New additions in 2008 include a large Adventure Play Area for the children including aerial zip wire and a toddlers playframe. There is ample car parking and areas for picnics. Something for everyone and for all weathers.

Gordon Boswell Romany Museum
The museum houses a wonderful collection of Romany caravans, carts, harnesses and photos and a large comfortable lecture room for slide-shows and talks on the Romany way of life. Tel 01775 710599 for more information.
Moulton Mill
This mill is the tallest in England. It is open to visitors and includes a gift shop and tea rooms for a magnificent day out. Situated just a few miles outside Spalding, off the A151, it is visible for miles around. Tel 01406 373237 for more information.
